Role: Outside Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation:
  • Actively identify and prospect potential new clients.
  • Seek out new project opportunities in the concrete reinforcement sector.
• Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and existing customers.
  • Develop strategies to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Travel as required to meet and support clients.
• Pre-Qualification:
  • Assess and ensure companies meet necessary criteria for project bids.
• Market Analysis:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
• Sales Strategy:
  • Work closely with the sales manager and team to maintain a robust sales approach.

Skills and Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of concrete reinforcement production and installation.
• Strong understanding of construction practices, project delivery methods, and business development strategies.
• Proven experience in sales, lead generation, and closing deals.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to adapt to market changes.
• Familiarity with CRM software for managing sales pipelines and client information.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, business management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 5 years of experience in rebar and concrete reinforcing, including sales and client relationship management.
• Demonstrated experience in project bidding and sales strategy execution.
